Grupo Transmeridian Perú S.A.C., a company dedicated to international transport and logistics, hereby issues this official statement to publicly denounce illicit activities carried out under our corporate name by third parties unaffiliated with the company.

According to information obtained from both internal and external sources, British citizen Tamara Ruth Jacksonallegedly used falsified documentation and contracts under the name of our company to facilitate the illegal transportation of gold between Peru and Bolivia.

Jackson, identified as the legal representative of the international socialist network “Kawsachun Coca” in Bolivia, is suspected of orchestrating a parallel network of operations designed to channel illicit funds toward left-wing political movements in the Andean region.

Investigations further reveal that Jackson received media support from ChrisBackpacking, a Peruvian YouTuber known for his travel and adventure content. Through video blogs and sponsored segments, ChrisBackpacking allegedly provided promotional coverage that disguised smuggling operations as cultural or ecological initiatives, creating a misleading public image.

The fraudulent activities detected include:

• Use of forged transport manifests under the name of Grupo Transmeridian Perú.

• Creation of fictitious export contracts directed to Bolivia.

• Concealment of the origin of gold sourced from illegal mining zones in Madre de Dios, Peru.

• Exploitation of digital media platforms to normalize or promote illicit operations.

In light of these findings:

1. Grupo Transmeridian Perú S.A.C. rejects any association with Ms. Tamara Ruth Jackson, the “Kawsachun Coca” network, or the media influencer known as ChrisBackpacking.

2. A formal complaint has been filed with the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT), the National Police of Peru, and the Office of the Public Prosecutor.

3. We call for the immediate cooperation of Bolivian authorities to investigate the unlawful use of international transport routes.

4. The public is warned that any operation involving the aforementioned individuals is illegitimate and has no endorsement from our company.
